High Rise Apartments in Nashville

I've had the pleasure of working with Property manager Kathryn Weeks among many other PMs of different properties in which I can confidently say Kathryn is an amazing leader and is a major reason for why Skyhouse Nashville runs as perfectly as it does. All leasing staff here are super friendly and responsive, the team works together and provides an amazing resident experience. The property is located in a prime downtown Nashville area and has a great community feel to it. The units at skyhouse are perfect with all the best- newest, amenities Nashville has to offer. I Highly recommend Skyhouse Nashville for anyone looking for a luxury high rise to live in that offers the best amenities/location & property staff throughout Nashville.

Great staff and great maintenance team

We lived in SkyHouse for one year with my husband and our dog. If we weren’t relocating from Nashville, we would have definitely stayed. Communication with the leasing agents, management, and staff was excellent. Everyone was always very responsive, and any requests were resolved quickly. The amenities are in great condition — the gym is fantastic, and the pool is wonderful. The layout of both the building and the apartments is very well designed. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. This was our very first experience living in the U.S., and we had many questions — the team helped us with everything. The location is excellent, close to downtown with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. I will truly miss our apartment! Thank you to the whole team for doing such a great job.

Thoroughly enjoyed living at SkyHouse for almost 2 years. Front desk, especially Bob, was terrific. They helped make you feel at home and truly cared to listen to you. The maintenance team was very efficient and friendly. Always went above and beyond to address the issues with a plan of attack. Leasing department was great to work with. Kelly was on top of her game and couldn't of been more transparent. If it weren't for the surrounding construction & late night ambulance sirens, we would've stayed. Regardless, had a fantastic experience.

I LOVE IT HERE!!! Bob makes my mornings with riddles and trivia. I feel so safe here. Great gym and sky deck. So happy I chose to live here.

Moving to Nashville was scary, I didn’t have much time so I picked the first apartment I toured.. skyhouse. Man, did I choose the right place! The staff are wonderful, friendly, and truly make you feel special (shout out to Avery and kelly). Bob, at the front desk won’t let you leave without a “good morning” and a smile, a trivia question, or a bingo card (he also throws some awesome parties)! In regard to the apartment itself, the view is unbeatable! I absolutely adore my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. We have had minimal maintenance issues (but when you have one, they are ready to help the same day). Love Skyhouse so much, thank you for giving me a home away from home.
