We offer 4-18 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

All residents receive one assigned parking space. Additional parking options are listed in the below table. Guest parking is located before the access gates and is for visitor parking only - no resident parking allowed in this area. 

Citrine offers electric vehicle charging stations for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

Citrine Apartments offers the following storage unit options.

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
