Limit two per apartment up to 55 lbs combined weight. Breed restrictions do apply.
Pet Fee: $500 non refundable fee
Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
Parking: $75 per month single space; $150 per additional space
Utilities:
Residents are responsible for electric, water, sewer, trash, cable and telephone.
