Professional Management
Because you are our number one priority, we employ only professionally trained management and maintenance employees to serve your apartment needs.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Enjoyment of your new home and community is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your apartment home during the first 30 days of residency, you may cancel your lease. Certain restrictions apply.
Deposit Refund Upon Lease Renewal
After living in your apartment home for one year, you may request in writing that half your refundable apartment deposit be refunded when your new lease is signed.
Transferable Deposits To Other SPG Communities
Should you need to move before your lease expires due to a job transfer, or at the end of your lease term, your apartment deposit may be transferable to any participating community in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia or Washington.
