Simpson Hosts Grand Opening of Brand New Luxury Apartments in Vienna, VA

Vienna, Virginia – May 2010. The Reserve at Tysons Corner hosted a grand opening event attended by more than 75 people including executives of; owner Simpson Housing LLLP®, WCS Construction the general contractor on the project, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and CBRE. This upscale apartment home community, located in popular Tysons Corner, was purchased by Simpson in July 2008 from Beazer Homes. “We received a great deal of support and encouragement from the financial community to make this deal work. This celebration is a way for us to show our appreciation to those involved in the project and for them to see the culmination of what their efforts accomplished,” said George Chopivsky, Vice President of Development for Simpson Housing.
The community is the perfect retreat for DC and Northern Virginia commuters due to its close proximity to the planned Tysons Corner Metro and easy access to the Tysons Corner retail and business corridor. The 211 unit Phase 1 is fully leased.
