Denver, Colorado – March 19, 2013. Simpson Property Group, LP a national multifamily housing management company, was awarded the coveted 2012 “A List” Award for Excellence in Customer Service. The awards are presented, according to size, to the top companies in the multifamily real estate industry. Simpson Property Group, with 55 communities has been recognized as the Category II winner for the past 10 years and is one of only two firms to achieve this number of consecutive wins in the history of the survey.
Each firm is assessed for its level of customer service through a survey distributed to current apartment home residents annually. The results are tabulated and benchmarked by CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL), an independent consulting firm, against other real estate companies to determine the ranking. "Extraordinary efforts bring extraordinary results," stated CEL & Associates, Inc. The National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence was first established in 1997 and has since become the standard by which large and small companies in the industry operate. The award reflects resident’s satisfaction and ranking of the overall quality level of services and amenities offered at their community. The entire survey process is tightly controlled by CEL; they look at the level of returned surveys in addition to overall satisfaction scores. Simpson Property Group has made tremendous strides in both these areas over the past 12 years, improving service scores as a whole as well as for individual communities. Of the 55 Simpson communities, 51 were recognized as having Outstanding Customer Service Excellence and achieved a “Best In The Industry” rating for providing the highest level and quality of service.
