Verified Renter Modern apartments with latest appliances and fittings. Refreshing from the old studios you see in Fenway for similar prices. Would definitely recommend. However, all utilities being billed separately is something to account for too.

Verified Renter Great area and amenities. The 24 hour gym and recreation is a huge plus. The leasing office is very helpful and and the connivence of the subway right across the street is very nice. There are many cool trails to walk on near the building

Verified Renter some electrical issues and there’s a water stain on the ceiling but overall great space! my roommate and i love the new place. very spacious and work orders come promptly when needed.
