Self-guided tours are available for those who would prefer to tour our community on their own.
How Does It Work?
It’s simple! Choose the Self-guided Tour option when scheduling your appointment. One of our leasing professionals will reach out prior to your tour with more details.
What Can I Expect?
Take a self-guided tour of our community and model apartment homes. You can explore the apartment for the duration of your scheduled appointment time. The location of your self-guided tour is: 13455 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171.

What to Expect on Your In-person Tour

What Can I Expect?
One of our leasing professionals will walk you through a presentation of our brand new community! We will meet at Homewood Suites 13460 Sunrise Valley Dr, Herndon, VA 20171. When you arrive, simply follow directional signs to the Leasing Office and don’t forget to bring a government-issued photo ID!
