We offer 4-18 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Complimentary valet parking is available for residents within the community garage. Parking in the community garage is by permit only. Each leaseholder listed will receive one parking permit to be displayed on the front windshield of their respective vehicles. Reserved parking spaces are also available at an additional cost of $75 to $100/month/vehicle.

SkyHouse River Oaks offers electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

We offer storage units starting at $10/month.

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
