Ellis 2021 Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys

Seven Simpson communities have been named winners of the 2021 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys. This prestigious award is presented to the top 10% of communities based on results of resident surveys conducted across five touch point surveys.

 

Simpson communities utilize the five surveys to regularly check in with residents to collect feedback that helps us enhance our communities and customer service. The five touch points in which we survey residents are at lead conversion, move-in, pre-renewal, move-out and when a resident submits a maintenance request. Since 2014, Ellis has surveyed residents of more than 1 million apartment communities. Simpson is thrilled that some of our communities rank among the best in class based on the results of these surveys.

 

Despite the challenges 2021 posed, a total of 140 properties earned the 2021 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys. Performance is based on an average loyalty score of 93% and responding to resident surveys an average of 90% of the time. These properties also responded to residents more than 1.3 days faster than other properties resulting in a 17% higher likelihood to renew.
