Simpson would like to thank our residents for another successful REACT survey and we are excited to announce the 2021 REACT drawing winners!
The 2021 REACT survey was another success thanks to our residents. This annual resident satisfaction survey is conducted by CEL & Associates, Inc. and Simpson has participated for over 18 years. With a 50.8% response rate, Simpson looks forward to reviewing the feedback our residents provided.
CEL & Associates, Inc. distributed 18,777 surveys and 9,540 of them were completed. Simpson values each one of our residents’ responses and truly appreciates the time it takes to fill out this important survey. As a thank you, we held nationwide drawings for 12 prizes including free rent and gift cards. Each resident who submitted a survey was entered in the drawing and CEL & Associates, Inc. drew the winners’ names.
We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson communities are chosen as the place our residents call home.
