It’s REACT season for our residents! But wait… doesn’t REACT normally launch in March?
Yes, this year’s REACT resident survey was delayed but not forgotten… Mark your calendars for Friday, June 21 for the 2019 REACT resident survey!
What is the REACT resident survey? The REACT Customer Service Survey (we shortened it to REACT resident survey) process was created by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. Each year, customer satisfaction survey data is collected by CEL & Associates, Inc. from thousands of properties and the “Best In The Industry” receive the A-List Awards For Customer Service Excellence. These awards are in recognition of providing the highest level and quality of service.
Every year we ask our residents for their feedback by filling out the REACT resident survey. We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Property Group communities are chosen as the place they call home.
Simpson also sends out four online surveys to our residents to collect feedback year-round. Three of these four surveys are discontinued during REACT season and will reconvene once the annual REACT survey closes.
You may notice banners, balloons and signs being setup around the community. It is an exciting time of year for our staff who will be holding resident events to promote the REACT resident survey. Be on the lookout for details on the REACT resident survey process as well as the REACT drawing. Four lucky residents who fill out the survey will be selected to receive one of four cash prizes with a grand prize of $1,000!
Simpson prides itself in providing excellent customer service which is demonstrated by the amount of communities within our portfolio that have received these awards. In 2018, CEL & Associates, Inc. awarded 29 Simpson communities with the Platinum A-List Award and 33 Simpson communities with the A-List Award. 2018 was also the 15th consecutive year Simpson Property Group was awarded the A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service!
