Franklin Apartments for Rent

Loving my stay over here. For all issues I reported, entire team has been very helpful. Raegan especially, shout out to him. However I have one problem with the staircases. Not sure if they’re cleaned as I see spiderweb etc often on them & the railings are unusable because of dust

Our family lived at Cadence for nearly seven years, and it will always hold such a special place in our hearts. We moved in when our daughter was just two years old, so this is where she truly grew up. It was more than just an apartment, it was home. The community always felt safe, beautiful, and welcoming. We made so many sweet memories there! Summers at the saltwater pool, quick walks to the gym, and evenings spent walking our dog and chatting with neighbors who became good friends. It genuinely felt like a community. The maintenance team was outstanding. Reagan, especially, is one of the kindest and most genuine people we’ve ever worked with. Any time we put in a request, he was there quickly, often the same day and always with a willingness and heart to help. We also deeply appreciated Jason Sargent. On the rare occasion we needed assistance, he handled everything with compassion and professionalism, always making us feel heard and cared for. The entire staff made living at Cadence such a positive experience. We will truly miss it and will always be grateful for the years and memories we made there. We wholeheartedly recommend Cadence to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed place to call home….whether you’re single or raising a family like we were.

Quiet and safe place to live. Office Staff and maintenance team are prompt and efficient. Maintaining property quite well. Organise various events and celebrations. Keep the good work team!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Cadence Cool Springs! I want to give a special shout-out to Jonathan Bernal, the Maintenance Supervisor, for his diligent work and dedication. He is quick, thorough, and always makes sure everything is taken care of with professionalism and a great attitude. The rest of the team has been just as amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to creating a positive community. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the staff truly cares and goes the extra mile. I’m grateful to call Cadence Cool Springs home!

I lived in Cadence for two years and had a tremendous experience. The staff is very professional, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I had to move my car across country and they were there to help facilitate the key handoff when I wasn’t. I can’t think of many leasing centers that would go above and beyond like that. They also were very responsive and effective on maintenance requests. They completely replaced our dishwasher and microwaves with brand new units, which was awesome. The price is fair and the location is great. The grounds are well kept and I always felt extremely safe here. A lot of people go running outside because the area is beautiful. Location is top notch because it is only a ten minute or less drive to Costco and very close to Trader Joe’s, Walmart and Whole Foods. Cannot recommend this place enough.
