Simpson Housing truly cares about their employees. I have been with the company a little over four years now and am proud to be part of our team. I started as a Service Technician with the company and was promoted to Service Supervisor. I was given all the tools to be successful in my field of work. Education is a huge part of our culture. I was able to receive my Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certifications paid for by the company.

Simpson is a wonderful company! In my job, I have the ability to help so many people inside and outside of our company. I started with Simpson as a Housekeeper at The Meadows at Meridian where I enjoyed my job, the office atmosphere and the community. When the opportunity presented itself for a Leasing Consultant my manager felt I was a sure fit so I applied and got the job. My manager is both supportive and understanding – not to mention, we have the same birthday! Our team works well together communication is key.

Simpson Housing is a company that cares about people and the communities we serve.
In October of 2007, Simpson launched the 'YOU Make the Difference' program. Over
700 employees participated in a paid day of volunteering for various organizations
in their community, giving back over 5,200 hours of service to more than 50 charitable
projects from coast to coast.
The initial program was so successful that the company has made it an annual event. But our community involvement doesn't end there.
