Just moved out from Montelena and wanted to provide a fair and real perspective for new interested tenants. I lived here for about 8 mnths while my husband did 11. As newly weds I loved my stay here! I was worried I would run into problems other apt complexes have like pest, stealing or bad admin service but I had NONE of that! Latoya and Sunday at the front were super helpful during move in and & move out process. George and Jose are amazing maintenance workers and always completed my requests same day, they are professionals at what they do and very kind! Montelena was my husbands and I little quiet space, my husband enjoyed having a sense of privacy while he took his evening walks, it’s a great community to start a family and feel safe within. We would see people walk their dogs or running at 11pm & even police told us how safe the area is. The apt itself was almost spotless when we moved in, they had a thorough deep clean, I was impressed. Walls are well insulated, rarely ever heard my neighbors. The move out process was really smooth and straight forward, no surprises. I would describe Montelena as highly safe, quiet, and a naturally beautiful space. Other bonuses is the airport being 5 min away, variety of churches, variety of natural parks/lakes to visit, the city having its own cultural downtown, variety of community entertainments/activities and the different cuisines within 10 minutes of you, it’s very centralized. If you have been eyeing this place don’t think about it too much and just move in, I would definitely come back here in the future! Thank you Montelena!

I love living at Montelena! I have to give a shout out to Jose, George and Q?,. Whenever I need something fixed( not very often), they are here quickly, polite and extremely efficient! Jose helped clean up a situation in out apartment and was fantastic!!!!Connie and Latoya have been lovely when I have questions at the office. The amenities are wonderful! Yay! Montelena!!!

Jose does an excellent job with maintenance. He is professional, dependable, and completes work efficiently and thoroughly. Latoya at the front desk is always welcoming, organized, and helpful. She creates a positive first impression and is great at assisting residents and visitors. Sundae, the Director, is professional, approachable, and attentive. Her leadership helps ensure everything runs smoothly and that concerns are handled promptly. Overall, the team provides outstanding service and creates a well-managed, positive environment. Highly recommended.

Typically, I would not leave reviews for touring however Latoya was absolutely the best leasing agent I have ever encountered (and I was a leasing agent previously.) She was kind, very reassuring and knowledgeable about the property and community. She spoke highly of management which helped put my mind at ease. Every phone call and question was answered with confidence. This was truly a great experience all thanks to her. If I could give her a 10/10 I definitely would but a 5/5 is just as great. Thank you Latoya for your time today!!
