I have been here for a few months and I have had a great experience. Of course there are always bumps in the road no matter what apartment complex you choose. However, it’s the people that work there that make all the difference. My concerns have always heard and addressed quickly and I have always gotten a personal email from the manager each time. Fernando was very welcoming when I first toured. Lauren the manager has been fantastic being in top of things. I think the thing most people don’t understand is that she can’t read your mind, she can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where people in general need to kindly make her aware of things, kindness goes a long way. She will take your concerns seriously and make sure anything is taken care of. I know the couple things I have brought have been taken seriously and quickly. That only happens at place that wants their residence happy. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic maintenance guy Hunor. He is respectful not just to you if your home when he stops by, held respectful to that fact he’s in your home and is careful. With the recent storm we had come through, the maintenance team went around to all the buildings and spread salt so things would be a bit better for us. I know several friends at different complex’s who did not do that and they still have several inches thick ice and nobody has done anything. Can the trash situation be better, yes absolutely, but I think that’s a trash company Valet Trash issue.

I have lived here for six years and have always found the office to be courteous and maintenance, exceptional! Villas cares about your living conditions, unlike other communities in the area. I enjoy the landscape detail and management has gone above and beyond to take care of us, especially during the recent weather.

Very good community I love this community and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place and want it to be their next home.

We moved my FIL across country 6 months ago. The staff has all been so kind and personal and go out of their way to encourage him or recognize his needs. Julian Criss was especially helpful in getting us set up! We’d absolutely recommend this facility for your loved ones!
