I have been here for a few months and I have had a great experience. Of course there are always bumps in the road no matter what apartment complex you choose. However, it’s the people that work there that make all the difference. My concerns have always heard and addressed quickly and I have always gotten a personal email from the manager each time. Fernando was very welcoming when I first toured. Lauren the manager has been fantastic being in top of things. I think the thing most people don’t understand is that she can’t read your mind, she can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where people in general need to kindly make her aware of things, kindness goes a long way. She will take your concerns seriously and make sure anything is taken care of. I know the couple things I have brought have been taken seriously and quickly. That only happens at place that wants their residence happy. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic maintenance guy Hunor. He is respectful not just to you if your home when he stops by, held respectful to that fact he’s in your home and is careful. With the recent storm we had come through, the maintenance team went around to all the buildings and spread salt so things would be a bit better for us. I know several friends at different complex’s who did not do that and they still have several inches thick ice and nobody has done anything. Can the trash situation be better, yes absolutely, but I think that’s a trash company Valet Trash issue.

I have lived here for six years and have always found the office to be courteous and maintenance, exceptional! Villas cares about your living conditions, unlike other communities in the area. I enjoy the landscape detail and management has gone above and beyond to take care of us, especially during the recent weather.

Very good community I love this community and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place and want it to be their next home.

We moved my FIL across country 6 months ago. The staff has all been so kind and personal and go out of their way to encourage him or recognize his needs. Julian Criss was especially helpful in getting us set up! We’d absolutely recommend this facility for your loved ones!

In the following review, I’m going to describe my experience living at Villas at Stonebridge Ranch Apartments at 7101 Virginia Pkwy. I’m in the second year here. I can’t be more satisfied with the experience so far dealing with management, maintenance, location, surrounding neighborhoods. Searching for an apartment from a different State , isn’t an easy thing. I was fortunate to meet with Fernando at the leasing office and he proved to be more helpful, efficient and willing to do the back and forth over a period of time from a State to another. I’ve dealt with other leasing agents at the same time but Fernando was outstanding , very reliable and helpful all the way. As we progressed with the lease, Jamie the manager supported my transition from another State. My experience got enriched as my lease came up for renewal. I’ve decided to switch to get a bigger apartment. Jamie was instrumental along with Fernando. Carlos from maintenance also expressed his desire to help us to have a smooth transition, which was accomplished. I’m very thankful for their dedication and help in meeting the deadlines in which they were instrumental in helping us to get the Unit that we desired. The grounds are nicely maintained, also the Pools, the surrounding areas, Clubhouse, Fitness area, dog park. Carlos and his assistant are doing a nice job. What we like also is the neighborhood, shopping is very easy and close. The Streets around here, are having a multitude of flowering trees like Crape Myrtle , Magnolia trees which gives the impression that you’re in a Resort town at least in the summer. Another significant attraction is Adriatica Village which is just across the street. I my opinion, Villas at Stonebridge Ranch Apartments is a top location to live here in McKinney TX .
