Apartment Homes in McKinney, Texas

I've lived here for 10 yrs and I love my apartment. I live in a one bedroom and I love the layout, my kitchen is huge, I have a ton of cabinet space and I really like my kitchen window over the sink. Management, Lauren and Shelby are awesome and always helpful if there's an issue. And I love this area, lots of places to walk your dog as well as stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Keneisha has been outstanding. When we communicated from across the country, she was kind and thorough. Now that we have moved into our apartment, she has gone out of her way to make us feel warmly welcomed. We are so thankful for Keneisha and all at Reserve Stone Bridge Ranch. We're very glad to be here and couldn't be more pleased.

Fernando was super helpful and knowledgeable about the property and location. Went over all of my questions and with his and the teams help, I’ll be happy to call this place home in the future. Location is unbeatable. Recommended!

I can’t say enough about the leasing agent Fernando Saenz! I arrived to my apartment tour too early but he was able to show me a one bedroom plan that I was interested in, and also printout the floor plan and pricing sheet for me as well. He took his time and made sure to answer all of my questions. I am still undecided about my future living situation but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Fernando again. It was a pleasure touring the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch.

Lauren the office manager was very helpful when my apt. had a minor flood. She put her rain boots on and came to help maintenance clean up the water and stayed in touch to make sure there were no more issues. She is truly hands on. Thank you Lauren and team!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and am now going into my 4th year. Throughout the years, I’ve gotten to know the leasing office staff and maintenance team, and they have always been wonderful. There was a one-time issue where Shelby was so kind and truly went above and beyond to make my son and me feel safe. Toward the end of my 3rd year, I needed some extra help and had to make a few changes. I can honestly say Lauren was a Godsend to me. Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. I am so grateful to her and the staff for helping me stay in my home. I love this complex and how accessible everything is from my home. Thank you for making this feel like home!

Home Sweet Home Lived here for a total of 9 years going on 10. So if that alone doesn’t say something positive , More than words can!
