I can’t say enough about the leasing agent Fernando Saenz! I arrived to my apartment tour too early but he was able to show me a one bedroom plan that I was interested in, and also printout the floor plan and pricing sheet for me as well. He took his time and made sure to answer all of my questions. I am still undecided about my future living situation but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Fernando again. It was a pleasure touring the Villas at Stonebridge Ranch.

Lauren the office manager was very helpful when my apt. had a minor flood. She put her rain boots on and came to help maintenance clean up the water and stayed in touch to make sure there were no more issues. She is truly hands on. Thank you Lauren and team!

I’ve been living here for 3 years and am now going into my 4th year. Throughout the years, I’ve gotten to know the leasing office staff and maintenance team, and they have always been wonderful. There was a one-time issue where Shelby was so kind and truly went above and beyond to make my son and me feel safe. Toward the end of my 3rd year, I needed some extra help and had to make a few changes. I can honestly say Lauren was a Godsend to me. Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. I am so grateful to her and the staff for helping me stay in my home. I love this complex and how accessible everything is from my home. Thank you for making this feel like home!

Home Sweet Home Lived here for a total of 9 years going on 10. So if that alone doesn’t say something positive , More than words can!

I have been here for a few months and I have had a great experience. Of course there are always bumps in the road no matter what apartment complex you choose. However, it’s the people that work there that make all the difference. My concerns have always heard and addressed quickly and I have always gotten a personal email from the manager each time. Fernando was very welcoming when I first toured. Lauren the manager has been fantastic being in top of things. I think the thing most people don’t understand is that she can’t read your mind, she can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where people in general need to kindly make her aware of things, kindness goes a long way. She will take your concerns seriously and make sure anything is taken care of. I know the couple things I have brought have been taken seriously and quickly. That only happens at place that wants their residence happy. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic maintenance guy Hunor. He is respectful not just to you if your home when he stops by, held respectful to that fact he’s in your home and is careful. With the recent storm we had come through, the maintenance team went around to all the buildings and spread salt so things would be a bit better for us. I know several friends at different complex’s who did not do that and they still have several inches thick ice and nobody has done anything. Can the trash situation be better, yes absolutely, but I think that’s a trash company Valet Trash issue.

I have lived here for six years and have always found the office to be courteous and maintenance, exceptional! Villas cares about your living conditions, unlike other communities in the area. I enjoy the landscape detail and management has gone above and beyond to take care of us, especially during the recent weather.

Very good community I love this community and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place and want it to be their next home.
