Great place to live I've lived in Neptune for about 2 years now, and I can say that this is a great place to live, with friendly staff and beautiful location

Lived at Neptune for 2 years and really enjoyed my time here. The maintenance team is quick to handle any requests and the management team is always ready to help you. The rooftop has amazing view of the lake.

We lived in Neptune apartments for around 2.5 years and recently moved out as we left Seattle. We have had an excellent living experience at Neptune Apartments and would highly recommend this place to others. It offers very convenient location and connectivity to multiple restaurants, grocery and offices in SLU/downtown. Bus 62 literally stops in front of the gate. Neighborhood is very safe and apartment is quite secure as well. We also used garage to park our car and not a single safety issue we faced. Plus, the management team is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help — any request or concern is addressed promptly and professionally. Both, Hanna and Pawel have been incredibly helpful and supportive. The property is consistently well-maintained and all the common areas including rooftop have been recently upgraded.

I would like to recommend this apartment. I have renal been looking for apartments in SLU area for more than 2 months, Neptune has given me very good impression. The managing office is professional and responsive. They have shown me all the amenities and the unit rooms with detailed explanations. Highly recommend!

I've lived here for two years and really love this place. The community manager is very helpful, and the pricing is reasonable. The move-out process is also straightforward with fair fees. Highly recommend!

Just visited to tour and Hannah was very helpful. She provided a lot of transparent advice and showed knowledge on all of the units we toured. The renovations are also looking amazing! (I do not live in this complex)

I love living here! The Neptune is perfectly located in SLU -- we can walk or bus to anything. Parking is easy and accessible.
