I had such a wonderful experience touring this property! Passion was absolutely amazing. From the moment I met her, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She was patient and caring throughout the entire experience. She took her time showing me the property and explaining all the wonderful amenities available. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how attentive and personable she was. She made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, and my experience with her made me love it even more! I hope management recognizes what a wonderful asset she is to their team. Our leasing agent was Passion Mcvey and she made our experience amazing. She provided us with all the information and was very direct and even took us to every apartment that we wanted to see with no complaints. Passion was extremely thorough.

My experience at Artisan Station has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning! I first visited the community back in May, even though I wasn’t planning to move for almost four months. Natasha was incredibly welcoming, informative, patient, and easy to speak with about exactly what I was looking for. She, along with leasing agent Passion, went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help me find an apartment that met my needs and make sure everything was in place for my move. One thing I appreciated most was how responsive they were to all of my emails and questions. I never once felt like I was being rushed, pressured, or that I was bothering them, even with such a long period between my initial visit and move-in. I moved in about two weeks ago, and the transition was just as smooth as the leasing process. The apartment was exactly what they told me it would be—and honestly, even better than what I expected. The community itself is very clean, cozy, and well maintained. I’m already thinking ahead to possibly upgrading to a three-bedroom apartment here in the future because I’ve enjoyed the community so much. I also have to recognize the maintenance team. They have been extremely diligent, thorough, and responsive, which has made my experience even better. Sorry that I can't remember the maintenance man's name. However, he was extremely polite and accommodating as well. Overall, Artisan Station has a great team of people who genuinely seem to care about the residents and the experience they provide. Natasha and Passion especially made what could have been a stressful move feel easy and welcoming. I’m very happy with my decision to make Artisan Station my new home!
