I don't know how I lucked out coming across The Residence, but I am so thankful I did. What drew me to this apartment was the quality of the place that outdid any of the other apartment buildings that I toured here. Even throughout my time here, I have seen The Residence consistently strive for constant improvements (new gym equipment, lobby renovations, new carpets, etc.). And even better, the people here that make it feel like home is what makes me stay. Ever since moving to ATL from FL, the amazing team here (especially Miss Carol "Miss C", Kedrick, and Austin) have been so to make this place feel like home. They host lovely resident gatherings where I get to know my neighbors and know there's always someone I can reach out to nearby. Also, Kyra in concierge is an angel - she always makes my mornings bright with her warm hellos and is super helpful. The location of The Residence is truly unbeatable - I could walk to so many restaurants, workout classes, etc. They also do an amazing job maintaining the common spaces to keep it beautiful. I highly recommend The Residence to anyone finding a place to live in ATL!!!

Best Luxury Experience! After living at The Residence Buckhead for 4 years, I can honestly say that this community has set the bar so high that I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The building itself feels luxurious- beautiful views, high-end finishes, and amenities that make the entire place feel more like an upscale hotel than apartments. The location in Buckhead Village is unbeatable with high end restaurants, shopping, and everything you need at walking distance. The level of service here also really stands out. The office staff is genuinely friendly and quick to respond- you can tell they really care about the residents. The 24/7 concierge is always professional and polished, and maintenance is fast and knowledgeable. It's a well-run building and a wonderful place to call home.

I love my apartment at The Residence! I live in a studio and appreciate the way it is laid out. It feels surprisingly spacious for one person. The closet sizes are especially generous for a studio! I also enjoy how quiet my unit is. The community team does an amazing job hosting resident events. I've made some amazing friendships with my neighbors through these events. The concierge team is especially fantastic - Stephen in the North Tower is so kind and helpful! Carolyn on the leasing team goes above and beyond for her clients, even helping me secure a great price as I was searching for my perfect floor plan! The common areas are beautiful! My fiancé even hosted our engagement party onsite and it was the perfect setting. The location is unbeatable. I am walkable to great shopping, restaurants, and even my office! Overall, I've had a great experience with The Residence and I would recommend living here to anyone!

These apts are absolutely beautiful. I really enjoy the sky view and amazing amenities included. Brandan has always been very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. Things are bound to go wrong at an apartment, but it’s how it’s handled that matters to me. After dealing with unresponsive management at previous properties, I’m so happy to have found this apartment. In my experience, management (Lauren, Gigi and Carolyn) always responds in a very timely manner and always have a solution. Highly recommend living here! Update: Still a great place to live! Love the location and the units get great natural light with floor the ceiling windows. Carolyn in the leasing office is amazing and Alex & Stephen at the concierge always go above and beyond. Austin, the new manager, does a great job keeping communication open with residents.

I've really enjoyed living at The Residence in Buckhead. Incredibly well-located. Clean and bright building. Amazing views. Concierge and staff very amenable. And I have to give props where due.. Brendan in maintenance has gone above and beyond with any issues I've had. He's come through and fixed pretty immediately and even stayed after hours. Can't say enough great things about him. A gem! My apartment is very comfortable and even though I haven't taken advantage (yet) of the amenities, we are very fortunate in having some excellent services and facilities. If you're looking for a new place to live...Come on over!

I moved here on my own to a city I’d never lived in before, and this building exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely helpful, and the concierges are consistently friendly and professional. The neighborhood feels very safe and is great for walking. The pool and grill areas are well maintained and enjoyable, and the apartments themselves are impressively spacious. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. Highly recommend!
