I love living here, besides the clean units and nice amenities, the building is very well managed and maintained. I often work with Carolyn and Nehemiah, and they are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The concierge team is also consistently welcoming, helpful, and kind. Whenever there is an issue in my unit or anywhere in the building, they are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their dedication and professionalism make a real difference, and I truly appreciate everything they do for the residents.
