We offer one garage space included per apartment. Additional spaces are available for $50-$75/month. Garage door openers are $50.
We have six electric vehicle charging stations for resident use. Three of the chargers are universal chargers for all electric vehicles and three of the chargers are Tesla Destination Chargers. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app and the cost per use is $0.13/kWh.
We offer 4-14 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
