We moved from West End to Victory Flats in April and are really happy with our decision. The neighborhood is great and we love the walkability of the area. Love my apartment! I have lived here for 6 years and i think i have hears my neighbors through the walls maybe twice. The quality od my apartment feela like a luxury home and my friends can't beliece how nice it is. Sure its expensive but isn't every place expensive right now ? I love it here.
