Brand New Bethesda Luxury Apartments

This is my first apartment since moving from Japan, so I don’t have other US apartments to compare it to, but I am having a truly wonderful experience here. The concierge staff are incredibly warm and their quick responses are remarkable—I am truly grateful for their support. I also appreciate how the cleaning staff keeps the building spotless; their hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Plus, the neighbors are very friendly, making this a fantastic environment to live in. Highly recommended!

We feel fortunate to be cared for by such an exceptional, professional team here at Camille. Ricardo was our first point of contact, and his welcoming warmth and positive energy convinced us to join this community. The harmony we enjoy here is a testament to the leadership of our manager, Denise, and assistant manager, Akram, whose proactive work makes everyday life better. Greg is a constant support. His dedication and genuine care ensure that no matter how small the issue, he is always there for the residents, day or night, skillfully fixing any equipment or machinery problems. Our common areas shine thanks to the professionalism and disciplined attention to detail of Elaine and Adrian, while Bisrat and Mame(we miss you!) always greet everyone with a smile and help with any request. It’s rare to find a team that transforms a building into a true home. We appreciate each and every one of you! Thank you

The Camille is a wonderful place to call home. The building is well maintained and the staff is terrific --- especially Akram and Rick --- they are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The amenities are also top notch, especially the fitness facility and the penthouse office and recreation facilities.

I am thoroughly impressed with the management team. They are highly professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Maintenance is a true highlight: quick response times, skilled technicians, and solutions that are both efficient and long-lasting. Whether it’s a minor repair or a more complex issue, everything is handled with care and expertise. The services provided are top-notch—from the immaculate upkeep of common areas to the meticulous management of administrative tasks. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

After living in a few other apartment complexes in the area, the Camille has been a wonderful place to call home for last 2 years. The staff are truly wonderful and a pleasure to talk and socialize with. Akram and his team go out of their way to ensure the residents have the best experience they can provide. The social events are the best I've seen (or heard of!) in the area. From regular breakfast bars to game nights to amazing holiday celebrations, it all adds up to a real community. They are all also very proactive in communicating any issues that pop-up (elevator maintenance, snow removal, package deliveries, etc.). In addition, the community space on the top floor is welcoming and functional (pool table, fireplace, comfy chairs, workstations) - not just a fancy showpiece! The building is also very well maintained - the cleaning staff and the facilities personnel make sure everything is tidy and in good working order.

This is a great building, beginning with the staff. Akram has assisted me through two moves now and each time he has been attentive, quick to respond, and kind! The rest of the staff is the same way; I always feel welcome here. I'm very excited to move in with my partner soon into a bigger place - we looked at a few other buildings, but none matched what we get at the Camille. Compared to other places, it's reasonably priced, has amazing views, is in great location near downtown Bethesda, and has a great common area on the top floor. The staff works hard to foster a sense of community by putting on regular events. Looking forward to staying!

I have lived at The Camille for two years now, and it truly feels like a second home. The location is excellent, and the building itself is a wonderful place to live, featuring a fantastic rooftop and gym. The entire team is incredibly helpful and cooperative, consistently organizing fun, engaging events for the residents. A special shout-out to Akram, Rick, and Craig—they are exceptionally supportive and always ready to help. I am so happy to be part of the Camille community.
