Schedule a Tour at Chancery Village Apartments and Townhomes

I’ve been looking for a new home for my family, and Chancery Village has definitely been one of the better experiences so far. The community was beautiful and well kept, but I really appreciated how comfortable the team made the whole process. I asked plenty of questions (because apartment hunting will turn you into a part-time investigator 😂), and they were upfront about the pricing, fees, and what to expect. I did read through the reviews before visiting, including one that gave me a little pause, but I’m glad I went and formed my own opinion because that wasn’t my experience at all. Everything was explained clearly, and what I was quoted felt fair. As for the prices changing, I’ve noticed that pretty much everywhere we’ve looked is doing daily pricing now. It’s the wave apparently… whether any of us asked for it or not lol. My advice is, if you see a price that works for you, lock it in while it’s good! Or it may be gone, especially if I get my husband to tour. I digress. Thank you to the team for indulging me and creating such a fun memory. Overall, I left with a really good impression of Chancery Village. The team was welcoming, transparent, and easy to work with, and it’s absolutely a place our (my husband doesn’t know it yet) family can call home.

I was looking at communities for my mom, who will be moving here from Florida, and I really loved Chancery Village for her. The community was beautiful, well kept, and felt like somewhere I would be comfortable having my mom call home. The team was welcoming, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. Moving from another state is a big transition, so finding a community that gave me a good feeling from the start meant a lot. Chancery Village is definitely at the top of our list!

I'm so glad I decided to become a resident at Chancery Village. I have only been here for a week,but it has been an amazing experience. Ava, is a treasure. She is funny, professional, caring and very helpful. Haven't met Linda in person as yet, however, through our conversations through email, she seems to be very nice and quite helpful. I put in a maintenance order the first day I moved in(nothing major) and by 10am the following day, I got a text that my request had been completed. I can honestly say that this was the right choice for me. I can hardly wait to see how the next year goes I'd this is how this are handled at the outset. If anyone is looking for a great community with spacious floor plans, consciousness, caring professionals, consider Chancery Village Townhomes and Apartments. You won't be disappointed!

I’d be lying if I said moving was easy… but this place, makes it easy!!! Stellar customer service from the two ladies in the leasing office - Ava and Tina I believe. Special s/o to the property managers Krissy, Daniel and the ENTIRE maintenance crew. So far, my partner and I love it here.

The staff here are amazing - from leasing to maintenance, everyone is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Recently, the valentine day bouquet making party they was super fun: always great food, music, neighbors mingling, plenty of laughter — it really brought the community together. It's rare to find a place where you feel welcomed and appreciated the way they do here. If you're looking for a complex with heart, a fun-atmosphere, and staff that actually make living here enjoyable, I wholeheartedly recommend this one! I have been living here for the past three years so far we feel right at home❤️

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. I really haven't had any real problems. Occasional loud walking on top being on 2nd floor. The valet trash was replaced by a better company than the old one. The staff is genuinely nice, friendly and knows every resident name. HOW??? It's amazing! They have resident gathering that are nice when im able to make them due to my wrk hrs. Relatively clean complex minus the cardboard area with ppl not breaking down boxes like asked to. Overall, Im quite satisfied but I will be moving to downsize and have a little more affordable rent.
