Schedule a Tour at Chancery Village Apartments and Townhomes

I’d be lying if I said moving was easy… but this place, makes it easy!!! Stellar customer service from the two ladies in the leasing office - Ava and Tina I believe. Special s/o to the property managers Krissy, Daniel and the ENTIRE maintenance crew. So far, my partner and I love it here.

The staff here are amazing - from leasing to maintenance, everyone is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Recently, the valentine day bouquet making party they was super fun: always great food, music, neighbors mingling, plenty of laughter — it really brought the community together. It's rare to find a place where you feel welcomed and appreciated the way they do here. If you're looking for a complex with heart, a fun-atmosphere, and staff that actually make living here enjoyable, I wholeheartedly recommend this one! I have been living here for the past three years so far we feel right at home❤️

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs. I really haven't had any real problems. Occasional loud walking on top being on 2nd floor. The valet trash was replaced by a better company than the old one. The staff is genuinely nice, friendly and knows every resident name. HOW??? It's amazing! They have resident gathering that are nice when im able to make them due to my wrk hrs. Relatively clean complex minus the cardboard area with ppl not breaking down boxes like asked to. Overall, Im quite satisfied but I will be moving to downsize and have a little more affordable rent.

Good management

We liked to live here. Nice pool and clubhouse, unit was bright and clean. And their small playground was very useful for our toddler) The only issue we had sometimes - night cockroach visits 🙄(bathrooms). although I know it could periodically be in all complexes in NC. Absolutely no problems with moving out. Very friendly staff. We have a lot of good memories about time living there.

The management team is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. Krissy and Lisa made sure that our moving in went smoothly. Both had given us stellar service! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Our place was clean, modern, and very comfortable from day one. We recently moved here from Virginia Beach and so far we feel right at home.

I am really glad I lived at Chancery Village. Krissy, Lisa and the staff are doing great job, always helpful and understanding and on top of any request. The complex is always clean and the neighborhood is friendly. Chancery Village is one of the best places I lived in during my stay in NC. Thank you so much!
