We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community's location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:
- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
Manual validation may be required. Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets
Online applications are coming soon! The application fee is $75 per application and income verification is required through RentGrow.
We are zoned to Berkeley County School District and our local schools are Philip Simmons Elementary, Middle and High Schools.
