Future Neighbor Feedback
My husband and I have been living here for a little over 4-months now and we absolutely love it. The people and environment are absolutely amazing. We also had a recent leak in the closet where the water heater is. We noticed it, went down to the office, and the maintenance staff came up right away to fix the issue. Curt and Gio were wonderful and solved the leak within 10 minutes. We were very thankful for their expertise and quick response before the leak became more severe.

We had an issue with our air conditioner, and the maintenance technicians, Cust and Gio, came to help. They fixed everything successfully and replaced the necessary filters. They did an absolutely wonderful job! I’m very grateful for their professionalism, hard work, and excellent service. A huge thank you to both of them!
