The property’s entrance is gorgeous and makes you feel excluded off of the busy main road. Leasing office has a beautiful opening and view to their pool.

I absolutely love living here! The entire complex is always spotless and so well taken care of—it makes coming home feel peaceful and welcoming. It’s also wonderfully quiet, which I really appreciate after a long day. The staff goes above and beyond with customer service, and any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and make the property feel like a little retreat right outside my door. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. This place truly sets the standard for apartment living.

My wife and I had a great experience with Promenade Park. We spoke with Noemi from the office and she was absolutely fantastic! She gave us a virtual tour and was super generous with her time—walking us through everything and answering all of our questions without rushing us at all. The apartments themselves looked beautiful—everything was updated, clean, and really well maintained. We were also impressed by how well-kept the landscaping and shared facilities were. You can tell they really take pride in the property. Noemi made the whole process feel easy and welcoming, which really stood out. If you're apartment hunting in Charlotte, definitely check this place out and ask for Noemi—she's awesome!

Rebecca Arnold spoke to my husband first about an available apartment. I had to come on Saturday the property manager came and assisted us. She was very helpful and professional. She explained the prices and availability. It is a clean well kept community.
