Schedule a Tour at Promenade Park

We recently toured these apartments and Ericka was awesome. Loved the grounds and very well maintained. Especially the private, woodsey feeling.

Prior to moving into Promenade Park we were in an apartment that we really liked and in a complex that we felt very comfortable in. Unfortunately we were forced to move because that apartment complex was going to go through extensive demolition and new construction. After being in Promenade Park for about a month we realized we were wrong. Not only did we like our new place better than our old- we loved Promenade Park! Not only was Promenade Park a community, it is a neighborhood. Everything- from the office staff, the maintenance crew, to the care of the property, we are very impressed. There is a reason that there are many tenants here who have stayed in Promenade Park and don’t move away.

Beautiful and interesting

love it all going into 4th year of living here and we still love it

I had the good fortune of working with Erika Snyder during my visit to The Promenade Park Apartments and Townhomes. In addition to her warm, approachable, and affable personal style, Erika was HIGHLY knowledgeable about the property and the consummate professional. If I am fortunate to become a tenant in this wonderful community, it will be because of Erika. I only hope that the other representatives are as thorough and kind as Erika because The Promenade is "something special." I can say that with confidence and without reservation because I have explored over a dozen properties and The Promenade is hands down, at the top of the list. It doesn't feel like an apartment "complex" it feels like a community of homes. This point was underscored by a few tenants I encountered during my tour who spoke, unsolicited, about how much they loved the community. And when I saw the model unit, it became clear why. I can personally recommend the Promenade Park Apartments and Townhomes in general, and Erika Snyder in particular. She's special!

My tour with Erika was amazing. She was very sweet and kind, she explained everything to us and we definitely enjoy our tour. It's definitely a beautiful community that I definitely will be making my new home. 🏡

I highly recommend this complex. The territory is exceptionally well-kept and clean, making it a pleasure to walk around. It offers a very comfortable and welcoming environment for families with children. Furthermore, any maintenance requests or appliance issues inside the apartment are handled promptly and efficiently.
