Great place to live . Staff is amazing!!

I’ve lived at the Encore for over two years and the experience has been exceptional! The environment, grounds, maintenance is outstanding. The leasing staff is very helpful in particular Brandon Grate.

I’ve lived here for several years and have nothing but positive experiences—from the facilities to the staff. The front of house is exceptional, with Brandon consistently going above and beyond. During the recent floods, he stepped up when it mattered most, bringing a positive energy and reassurance to residents. His contagious smile and can-do attitude truly make a difference. Highly recommend this community for its excellent service and genuine care. Five stars.

Encore Southpark has a genuinely peaceful feel, with quiet, well-kept grounds that make coming home at the end of the day really relaxing. The walkways, common areas, and outdoor spaces are consistently clean and tidy, which shows how well the property is cared for. The staff(especially Brandon) are approachable and professional, and they handle questions and maintenance requests in a friendly, efficient way that makes residents feel looked after. Sources

I have lived at The Encore for 6 years and cannot complain really- the staff is always helpful, maintenance is prompt, grounds are unkept, and the activities are a good variety. Moreover, the concierge Brandon is very knowledgeable and always so sweet & accommodating. I would recommend this complex- location is ideal, tenants are generally quiet, and grounds are nicely upkept!

The place, the apartments, but most of all, the team is what makes The Encore home. I had looked at different properties and needed to make a decision - online!!! When I was lucky enough to come across The Encore, I saw the positive reviews and some key aspects that met my requirements but still wasn't sure on such an important decision online! that is when I spoke with Terese Taggart, their Leasing Consultant. I explained the whole scenario, what was important, characteristics of my partially blind rescued dog - she listened. She understood. She helped me pick an apartment that aligned with what I needed! She answered all my many questions. And it turns out coming here was one of the best decisions I have made. Terese is always extremely helpful (continues to be), always nice when we meet, and any maintenance request is so quickly taken care of that I must say this place was a wonderful find. I am very glad to be hear and the property is lucky to have Terese interacting with tenants.

I've lived at The Encore for 8 years and the level of service has been consistently top tier! The community manager Ashley always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is one of a kind! I can always count on Brandon at the front desk...he is extremely friendly and helpful. Gus and the service team are the best in the business!
