I have loved my time here so much and adored my apartment. Living across from the stadium has been so fun and inspired a new love of baseball. The location is incredible and you’re so close to everything you could possibly need whether it’s groceries and a coffee or some entertainment for your out of town guests. The apartment itself is stunning and I will miss my beautiful loft so much. Genuinely devastated to be leaving the first place in Denver I got to call home. The community here is fantastic and the office is fantastic. James is wonderful and does a fantastic job. You couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

This is one of the best apartments I have lived in. Overall, was here for 7 years total and only moved because of work. James goes above and beyond for residents. Maintenance is always quickly resolved. The area is unbeatable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that truly cares about its residents.

The best place to live ever! James and Rico make living here a 10/10 experience. The building is so convenient to so many places. Also, the building hosts so many events that make living here so fun and exciting. Also, the events serve as a great opportunity to meet new people if you’re new to the area. Overall, the Battery on Blake is a great place to live!
