Quatama Crossing is an apartment complex with plenty of green space between its buildings, where children and their pets can have fun. You feel connected to nature watching the squirrels play together, searching for food, hiding their meals, and even resting among the tree branches. It also has a lovely community where adults and children make friends; it's nice to see children from different buildings playing together. Furthermore, the units are comfortable. I don't know if all the units are the same, but ours is quite cool, and we haven't needed to use the air conditioning in the summer. We've been living in this complex for two years and feel really comfortable here. As for transportation, we're practically next to the Trimet Max station. We're also close to supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, and so on.

I have lived here for over 15 years and it is a great place to live.

I honestly can't express what a great complex this is. The management team are always helpful and great to talk to, and the maintenance crews are always on point and more than willing to answer even simple questions. They have food trucks on site every Wednesday and really try to make it a community worth living in. I truly can't say thank you enough to these great people.

Smoke alarms could be better, and could be better about designated smoking sections but otherwise great complex and good units decent prices and animal friendly ❤️ highly recommen!

Been here 2 years and just signed on for a 3rd. Love love love it here. Maintenance is the absolute best. Always great activities and events put on by the office. Best rent price we could find in town, and we have made lots of friends here.
