Luxury River Oaks Apartments

I have lived in this complex for about a year. So far I’ve really enjoyed living here. Management is great and always helpful. Maintenance is always very quick! Never waited more than 1 day for issues to get resolved. The Vallet guys are great, especially Quentin. He is always super quick and attentive. My car is already ready in the morning and I never have to wait if he is on Vallet! Only thing that sucks is the elevator it can take a while at times - but not terrible

The improvements throughout the property have been impossible to miss. The community feels more organized, better maintained, and much more resident-focused. It’s clear Stephanie cares about creating a positive living experience for everyone here, and her efforts have made a huge impact. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Quentin and the valet team. They consistently go above and beyond every single day! Whether it’s taking extra care with vehicles, helping residents quickly and professionally, or simply greeting everyone with a great attitude, their customer service is exceptional. Thank yall for creating an environment that truly feels like home!

My favorite part of living here has been the staff. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and truly makes the community feel welcoming. The concierge team is great, maintenance is always responsive, and I especially want to recognize Quentin with valet. Quentin consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of and is always willing to help whenever I need something. His positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail never go unnoticed. It’s employees like him that make a big difference in the overall resident experience. I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff puts in every day and am grateful to call this community home.

I just want to say that the staff here are fantastic, specially the Valet, Quentin is an amazing person, very attentive and kind. Everyone in the staff here is really friendly and quick to help.

The property manager is very nice and I rlly enjoy living here. I’ve been here about a year and the staff is very friendly and sweet. I talk to Every person at the concierge desk everyday I love them. And the whole valet team is awesome, Quentin (Q), greets me every morning and is always helpful if my family and friends need assistance with their cars. Finding the building can be hard for first time guests, and they make having visitors so easy. Love them

I've been living here for 3 years and honestly the staff alone makes it worth it. The maintenance team is fast, thorough, and actually fixes things right the first time — which anyone who's rented before knows is not a given. The concierge and valet staff are warm and professional every single day. You feel genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated. I have to specifically call out Quintin. He goes above and beyond in a way that's hard to describe — he remembers your name, your preferences, small things you mentioned months ago. That kind of attention to detail makes a real difference when this is your home. My only real complaint is the elevators — they go down pretty regularly, and that's frustrating when you're carrying groceries or in a rush. But I'll be fair: I lived in Chicago for several years and had the exact same issue in every high-rise building I was in there. It seems like a common reality of dense, high-traffic buildings, not something specific to management here. Annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Three years in and I'm still happy I chose this place. The people here make it home.

SkyHouse river oaks is the perfect place to live. Franklin and Tony are great consultants. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Friendly environment. Would recommend
