We’ve really enjoyed our experience living at The District at Greenbriar! The location is one of our favorite things about living here — it’s so convenient to everything we need around Houston. We also love having parking on our floor, which makes coming and going incredibly easy. The maintenance team is always quick to respond whenever we have an issue, and the leasing office has been very helpful and on top of things. A special shoutout to Daniel Ocampo for always being friendly, helpful, and great to work with! The pool is really nice, and we’ve also enjoyed using the gym and common areas from time to time. Overall, we’ve been very happy here and would definitely recommend The District at Greenbriar to anyone looking for a great place to live in Houston!

Great community. Maintenance was helpful, front desk is responsive. Grills were always serviced and clean. You can’t be the location.

Excellent, apartment are alway clean when something is wrong the fix it righ away, staff very professional location is great.

I have lived at these apartments for just under a year and really don’t have any complaints. It’s clean, good amenities, great location etc. All the staff have been very nice and helpful when needed. I recently had issues with sexual harassment from another resident in the complex where he made an inappropriate comment to me and touched me in the gym. I reported it to staff members immediately and without hesitation they kicked the man out of the gym and stated this resident had multiple complaints about making women feel uncomfortable and encouraged me to file a police report and doing so would give them the power to remove the man from the complex. The general manager and all staff was so supportive and acted quickly which is highly appreciated. My husband and I plan to renew our lease in July for another year! Highly recommend this apartment complex for multiple reasons.

I've been a resident here for a few years and appreciate the new leasing staff especially Tonya. Shes always greets me with a smile, has solutions to my problems and responds quickly. I also like the improved Brivo App to better secure the community! and the 24 hour access to the package room!
