We offer 4-14 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
Residents will receive a garage permit upon move-in. Residents are authorized to park in any available parking space in the garage. Reserved parking is available for $50/month. Visitors are authorized to park on level 6 of the parking garage.
District at Greenbriar offers Electric Vehicle Charging for residents use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.
Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
