Move-in Fees and Deposits

Our Application Fee is $40/applicant. There is a $150 Security Deposit and a $250 Admin Fee per apartment home. We have partnered with Rhino to satisfy your security deposit. Learn more about Rhino here.

Lease Terms

We offer 6-14 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Parking

Residents are limited to one vehicle per lease holder. Storage of trucks, campers, trailers and boats is not permitted on the premises. The community is not responsible for theft, damage or loss to vehicles.

Income Verification

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
