Residents are limited to one vehicle per lease holder. Storage of trucks, campers, trailers and boats is not permitted on the premises. The community is not responsible for theft, damage or loss to vehicles.

Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
