Yes, parking is available and residents are limited to one vehicle per lease holder. Storage of trucks, campers, trailers and boats is not permitted on the premises. The community is not responsible for theft, damage or loss to vehicles.
Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:
- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
Manual validation may be required. Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets
