LaVida Apartments has electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.
We offer 7-15 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips. All income documents must be verified through Snappt.
