Love living at 2700 Charlotte! Feels like one big family at the complex. The leasing office is always helpful and maintenance as well. The amenities are very nice and location is perfect.

I recently moved into a "small" one bedroom unit at 2700 Charlotte Ave Apts and I love it! The kitchen is humongous. The refrigerator deserves special mention! Above all, folks around here are kind and courteous.
