Nashville Apartments with Personality

Going on 7 years here… there’s a reason for that! Tyler, Stesha, Victoria are always available for questions and friendly when I stop by the office to just say hello! Maintenance staff is awesome. Even tonight, Jackson just came by for maintenance at 8:30pm! I’ll be here as long as I’m renting in Nashville!

Have lived here for a couple of years now, and it has been a good experience. It’s conveniently located to get everywhere I need and want to go rather quickly. Management is nice and relatable. Have been fortunate and not had any issues with neighbors. Charlotte Ave is a quite busy street, so it can get a bit loud at times. But overall a great experience so far!

I lived here for 2 years. The leasing office staff (Stesha, Victoria, and Tyler) were amazing. They take the time to know their residents and take care of them. The whole team became like family. While I moved out of state, whenever I come back, I always come to say hi! This team goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and important.

I’ve been at 2700 Charlotte for almost 3 years and I love it here! The location is perfect and you have gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants all within walking distance but it’s also a central location if you need to drive anywhere! I love the pool, gym, and they do a lot of community events so I’ve gotten to meet a lot of my neighbors, and everyone is so nice. Also the front office staff, Victoria and Stesha, could not be more friendly or helpful. They are always so nice and truly make it feel like home and the maintenance team is on top of it. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, it’s been resolved in 24 hours. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to live!!

I wanted to make a post about 2700 Charlotte Apts. I have lived here for 7 years and have had the most amazing experience. Victoria, Stesha and Tyler are absolutely incredibly individuals and an excellent management team I will miss all of them dearly.

I have lived here for 3 years and have no complaints about this place! Victoria, Stesha, and Tyler are all amazing and willing to help with whatever it may be. They are always so friendly when I walk through the leasing office.
