Schedule a Tour at Reserve at Beachline Apartments

I wanted to wait for at least the 6 month mark before I left a review just in case it was all smoke and mirrors. I moved here from Indiana 8 months ago. I made a drastic decision to move by myself without any family or help. I didn't even get a chance to see the property in person. It was all on a whim. I was looking at 3 different apartment properties and 2 of them were too lazy to help me out on basic questions. I was lucky enough to get Maribel here who went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable on my quick transition cross country solo. On my move in date I got stuck with somebody else which was ......mehhhh. The following day when Maribel was back in office she went out of her way to take me on a full tour and show what I have access to instead of letting me be lost in the dark. Edwin who is in maintenance gave me so many tips on places to go as an outsider from the midwest along with handling maintenance issues quickly. My only gripe is parking since I have 2 personal vehicles. I do have a garage here but when I have a guest visiting I have to be strategic on when and how to move my vehicles so they can park in my garage in case visitor parking is full.

I’ve only been here about a month and I love the place. Very nice and clean neighborhood. Maintenance is very quick to respond and super nice. Edwin came out fast and helped us, great guy. Emilia was the one who helped me when getting the apartment and she still is very helpful whenever I have questions.

Jennifer and Maribel are beyond great!! Every time I come to the office it feels like the red carpet is rolled out for me. They’re attentive to our needs, easy to talk with and they’re honestly the reason why I renew my lease year after year. I value their professionalism, leadership, jokes and the endless supply of mint candy!!

Ive been here for almost 3 years and I love it. Maintenance is extremely efficient. Edwin is best whenever I have had a minor issue, he treats it the same as if it was major. The entire staff is absolutely amazing.

I recently moved into my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, all of my needs have been met with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The maintenance team has truly gone above and beyond—responding promptly, addressing concerns thoroughly, and ensuring everything was in perfect condition. I also want to recognize the leasing agent, Maribel who made the entire move in process incredibly smooth and easy for my daughter and I. Her guidance, kindness and genuine willingness to help were especially appreciated as we approach the holiday season. She made what could have been a stressful transition feel seamless and welcoming. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.
