Apartments and Townhomes in Parker, Colorado

I lived at the Meadows for 3 years. This was my fourth apartment and unquestionably my favorite. These apartments are uniquely laid out, with many different floor plans compared to your typical complex. The Meadows is conveniently located right off the interstate, but far enough away that you don’t hear it, with a huge open field separating them. The interiors have been recently updated and feel modern, with features like a gas fireplace, marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. We had a unit with an attached garage, and I can’t express enough how convenient that is. We also had a double length driveway which was extremely useful. The amenities are another big highlight. The Meadows has a recently updated gym, a beautiful and quiet walking path throughout the property, a fenced-in dog park, as well as a pool and jacuzzi. The grounds themselves are very appealing too, with a mix of trees, bushes, and plenty of grass. The neighbors are fantastic as well, which really adds to the overall experience. Sharon and Lynn both deserve a shoutout. They have been extremely nice and patient with me over the years, and I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate it. They are always friendly and willing to help. The maintenance team deserves recognition too, they are very quick and respectful. I did not know maintenance teams could be this great, they are truly excellent at what they do. Lastly, I think these apartments are priced fairly when you consider the recent updates, location, and amenities. The only potential cons, at least from my experience, would be limited guest parking and the trash valet occasionally missing pickup. That said, it’s still not enough to take away from a 5-star rating. I recommend anyone reading this to stop by the office and chat with them. They have done a great job with this place over the years. I would still be living here if it weren’t for adding a new addition to the family recently 😊

I have lived here nine years. I love it! So much care given through maintenance, the grounds. Never had a problem with a neighbor probably due to a great vetting process. Grateful for my garage, and my view. The recent renovations made me feel I loved I to a brand new apartment.

I haven’t become a resident yet, but I truly hope I will soon! I was genuinely moved by the incredible warmth, professionalism, and personal touch that Sharon brought to my tour last week. She even took extra time to make sure I felt welcome and valued — something that really stood out to me. This community has such a special atmosphere. The beautifully maintained common areas, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful design all created an immediate sense of comfort and belonging. From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace — and had that unmistakable gut feeling that this is the place I would love to call home.

I’ve been quite happy with the past few months living here, I appreciate how peaceful it feels and how much effort goes into all of the landscaping and the remodeling, it’s clean at every corner of the complex. The maintenance team has been great, I had an emergency once and they reacted within minutes! The neighbors are nice and everyone is always walking their dogs, there are paths and places to dispose of pet waste which I’ve never seen without bags available for use, or overfilling the bins. Aside from initial lease admin things I haven’t had to work with office staff but when I did they were always friendly and happy to help. Keep up the great work!

Great place to live with amazing staff and maintenance people. I loved my time living here! Everything is maintained well and the property is so nice with amazing views.

I just renewed my lease and upgraded to a slightly larger apartment. I LOVE living here! The apartments are well appointed, the neighbors are nice and the staff are truly responsive and helpful. I want to specifically thank Lynn on the sales team, Jeremy on the maintenance team and the nice woman in the "back office" (I did not catch her name) for making my apartment transition nearly seamless.
