My boyfriend and I did a tour back in April with Jorie and our experience with her has been beyond wonderful and amazing. The application process was so easy and straightforward. Jorie always provided a clear explanation of anything I had questions about. She was very welcoming. We are more than happy with her assistance. This place is just amazing with everything they have to offer and more. The community is so peaceful. If you are looking for a place this is the place to be! You will not regret it!!! Floors plans are beyond spacious. The amount of natural light you get! Ugh it’s just breathtaking! 😌

I just moved out here and let me tell you the wonderful experience I have had! It has been a dream to live somewhere like this that is so affordable compared to California and to be able to live in a really nice peaceful area and apartment homes is honestly surreal for us! Will is just a sweet heart he has helped me and my baby and family so much! He is very helpful and very genuine and honest! He goes out his way to help you and he always finds a solution to everything that’s really rare and hard to find now a days! Thank you! I recommend living here especially if you have a family it is very family oriented and friendly and peaceful and very affordable!

I want to give a huge thank you to Mrs. Jorie Gilroy, the leasing consultant at my apartment complex. I went into the office to ask about my dryer, and she immediately offered to have it replaced with a bigger one. I also mentioned that my kitchen sink had low water pressure and that my toilet was having water issues. Before I even left the office, she had already created three maintenance tickets and personally asked a maintenance technician to fix my toilet the same day. She was professional, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. It’s rare to find someone who acts so quickly and genuinely cares about helping residents. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you again, Mrs. Gilroy!

Great community! Very easy to have work orders handled. Property is kept clean and it’s nice to have a garage for inclement weather.

We’ve lived here for 2 months now, and I am so impressed. Marjorie has been so attentive and helpful in this entire process. Any issues I may have come across have been addressed in a timely manner. Maintenance has also been so nice. Every neighbor we’ve met has been so sweet and everyone’s dogs are the sweetest! Our toddlers love the park, and we’re so excited for the pool this summer. Also, we went from living in a 4 bedroom home, into our 3 bedroom apartment and it’s SO roomy. I love it here so much 🥹 I hope to call this place home for the longest time. 10/10 recommend!
