Great community! Very easy to have work orders handled. Property is kept clean and it’s nice to have a garage for inclement weather.

We’ve lived here for 2 months now, and I am so impressed. Marjorie has been so attentive and helpful in this entire process. Any issues I may have come across have been addressed in a timely manner. Maintenance has also been so nice. Every neighbor we’ve met has been so sweet and everyone’s dogs are the sweetest! Our toddlers love the park, and we’re so excited for the pool this summer. Also, we went from living in a 4 bedroom home, into our 3 bedroom apartment and it’s SO roomy. I love it here so much 🥹 I hope to call this place home for the longest time. 10/10 recommend!

Such a beautiful experience. All of the staff are amazing and responsive to any questions I have. The property is lovely and well maintained! So happy to be moving here!!!!

Very welcoming community everything is so clean and organized. There’s lots of fun events planned and overall we feel very safe and happy here. Also, the maintenance staff has been very quick about getting work done.

I just moved in a few days ago, and I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. The leasing staff has been very easy to work with, my first maintenance request was handled quickly and smoothly, and the apartment feels very nice and new. As a bonus, the gym, pool, and business center are top notch and easily accessible. Overall, I’d definitely give it 5/5 stars.

My experience living at the Sanctuary for almost a year now! I’ve had an excellent experience at The Sanctuary at Tally’s Reach. Kristen was amazing in helping me find the perfect apartment right from the start. The property is beautiful and truly feels like a resort, with a fantastic pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse workspace. The staff is outstanding—Jorie and Chance are always friendly and helpful, and Jason, the property manager, genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and I appreciate the great work from Damian, Scott, and Bryce. It’s a safe, welcoming community with wonderful residents. Highly recommend! Happy resident!
