Luxury Camelback Apartments in Phoenix

I have lived at the Citrine for a year and have had nothing but a perfect experience. All of the amenities are clean and enjoyable to use. There are two large pools, one is resort style and the other is more of a lap pool that they don’t heat, which is nice in the winter to cold plunge. There is a rooftop gym that overlooks camelback mountain. The maintenance staff are very prompt and kind. I had some issues with my washer and they just replaced the entire thing with a new unit within a week. They constantly replace air filters free of charge. Brittney at the leasing office is great and always responds in less than 24 hours to any request. There is a huge dog park on the south side of the building which is really hard to find in Phoenix. All of the neighbors I had were quiet and nice. I would definitely live here again. As someone who cares a lot about safety and cleanliness, I would recommend this apartment building to anyone. 👍

I’ve lived at Citrine for over five years, and the current management team makes me feel like we’re in good hands. They always have a positive attitude and are willing to listen. Maintenance and upkeep are consistently handled, and the location is perfect. Pricing is a little high, but otherwise I’d give Citrine five stars!

Great Apartment with Great Management Long time resident and can’t say enough good things about this complex. Besides the prime location, the management team has been making a noticeable effort to focus on and bring the community together through food trucks and events. Brittany does a phenomenal job and is very responsive to questions and feedback. Very impressed with the direction this apartment complex is heading.

I want to give a shout out to the citrine apts and their level of hospitality. In particular, I want to shout out Brittney Logue who always makes me feel like I am home. She is always on top of fun community engagement and making this building in top form. I will recommend people to live here (and I have!) because of the trust I have in citrine knowing Brittney is at the front. They have improved their building maintenance as well with the new supervisor stepping in recently. Rashad I believe.

Friendly staff

I have lived at this apartment for about six months now and have had nothing but great experiences. Brittany is the Property manager, and she always answers my questions thoroughly. I seriously probably had 100 questions before and around, move in and she answered every single one of them with care. You can tell she really cares about her residents and makes an effort to make the community a fun place. There are always food trucks and random events going on, which makes it a really great environment. There is a community garden and a large outdoor area with 2 pools to enjoy with family, friends, and dogs. The amenities overlook Camelback Mountain, and it is gorgeous. The maintenance team has been incredibly responsive and quick and always on top of any fixes - super friendly too! I don’t have anything negative to say about this property and I hope to live here for many years to come. Thank you to Brittany and team for making it such a great experience so far!!

The maintenance team is great. Brittany and front office have always addressed all my issues or questions. I've been here about 4 years and overall a solid place to rent.
