Chris was very helpful during my tours of several apartments - and really went the extra mile in doing it all over again for my husband since we had our dogs with us and couldn't leave them alone in the car. He answered all our questions even though we are most likely several months from committing to a new home.

Cascade Summit is quiet, pleasant place to live. It is convenient to Safeway, post office, city hall and others. The maintenance is prompt and capable and even available on the weekend. The staff promotes events to encourage community and keeps residents informed of safety issues. I intend to call Cascade Summit my permanent home!

Whenever I have had a maintenance request and they sent the maintenance technician, Tom, he has always done an amazing job taking care of the situation. He fixes what needs to be done and leaves it like no one has ever been there. What I mean by that he cleans up his mess. For instance, if he had to drill a hole, he will make sure that the dust that fell on the floor is cleaned up before he leaves. You don’t always get that with some people sometimes people just do a half assed job. Kudos to Tom!

The office staff is wonderful! The maintenance staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this Community to call home.

It’s home! What can we say! Everything is practically perfect here, great place to live, and an amazing community. There isn’t anything to consider, just move in, Erin and team have you covered, they run some amazing community events and they truly do care about you here.

Tom, the maintenance man is the most trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt staff member. Cascade Summit is a wonderful community to live in. I just signed my eighth year renewal contract. I would recommend living here to everyone who is looking for a great and safe environment!
