I lived at Marshall Park for 2 years when I first moved to Raleigh and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I had a beautiful view of the Greenway, great amenities (the parking deck was a major plus), and the leasing/maintenance staff was phenomenal!

I have lived at Marshall Park for over four years now and it has been a great experience. The apartments are nice - modern, clean, and spacious. I enjoyed my time at Marshall Park. If I hadn’t moved out of Raleigh I would have continued staying there. Everyone is professional and if you need something done you don’t have to ask more then once.
