The ARCH (A Regional Coalition for Housing) Program provides rent-restricted apartments for low-, moderate-, and middle-income households throughout East King County. Through our partnership, a portion of our apartment homes are set aside at reduced rental rates while still enjoying the same amenities and living experience as market-rate residents.
At the Lodge at Redmond Ridge, we offer a mix of ARCH income-restricted apartment homes alongside traditional market-rate units. This provides a range of housing options within the same community, allowing you to choose what best fits your needs and qualifications.
Because ARCH homes are in high demand and limited supply, availability can vary. To qualify for an ARCH home, applicants must meet income limits and complete an income verification process through the property. We recommend contacting our leasing team for current ARCH availability and next steps.

Yes, we offer the following parking options:
Yes, we offer storage units for $35/month.
Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:
- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
Manual validation may be required. Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets
We accept a variety of sources of income. We require that the combined household gross monthly income be equal to or greater than 3 times the market rent.
