Overall, good apartments. Pros: In unit washer dryer, fast repairs (usually within 1 week), no bugs, mice or other infestations, good neighbors (quiet), greenery and trees, convenient location (I25, gym, grocery stores all close), timely maintenance (roofs, paint, amenities) Cons: crime (3 vehicle breakins in 5 years), pricey (1700 for studio), visible homelessness in surrounding areas.

Living at Madison Park I have been living single for approximately 13 years now and this has been the most comfortable living experience I have had in all that time.

We really enjoy living at Madison Park. The maintenance crew is the best, and we are fortunate to have them looking after us. The office staff is helpful and courteous. The grounds are well-kept, with nice paths for walking our dog. Our apartment is pretty, and the kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space.

I have been a resident for 3 months and have enjoyed all the aspects of this complex. I have had not issues with staff, they are always helpful and kind.

Came to the property to look at a unit. The grounds were immaculate,very impressive. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Seemed like a quiet area as well. The unit itself, very nice!

I lived at madison park for just over two years. One year in a one bedroom and one year in a two bedroom. On site staff is friendly and was the reason I stayed for two years, only reason I moved was we bought a house. Besides a few people not picking up after their dogs(staff did address the issue) the parking was not the best.

My roommate and I have lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The team is super responsive to any and all questions or requesr, neighbors have been respectful, and is dog friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and gives ample room for your own space separate from a roommate. The windows and window seats are a huge perk and my pug has enjoyed many days suntanning on it. We unfortunately are not renewing only because my roommate and I are starting new chapters but if I had been able, I would have absolutely rented a 1 bedroom from here. If anyone is looking for an apartment, I can confidently say I would refer them here, and would never say never to coming back if I needed to.
